Clive Sanford is an FCA with a Business Studies degree. He has been working in the mid-market Corporate Finance marketplace since 1985. He has also worked as a Partner and National Head of M&A at a major professional firm till 1991 when he left to establish his own specialist SFA-authorised Corporate Finance advisory firm.
He spent three years as a group financial director of a privately owned £20m group of consumer product businesses where he dealt in the fields of manufacture, import/export, selling to public via retail, wholesale and direct marketing. Clive has worked with over 200 private company transactions and these have involved a variety of enterprises such as start-ups, owner managed companies and FTSE enterprises.
