Clive Sanford – Experienced Chartered Accountant

Clive Sanford has been involved in the private company advisory space since 1985. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, he has a Business Studies degree too. Over the years, he has advised entrepreneurs and management teams on strategic issues and he has gained significant experience of initiating and executing acquisition and disposal, management buy-out and buy-I and equity financing transactions.

Before starting his own advisory firm in 1991, Clive was a Corporate Finance Partner at Robson Rhodes. Since then, he has continued his consulting and investment interests and run a regulatory advisory business alongside these interests. Clive has directly experienced the needs and requirements of modern businesses when it comes to finances and this understanding helps him in better responding to the demands of his clients. He also has direct experience as a Group FD of a private equity-funded £20 million group under which he experienced buying, selling and raining finance.
